ETHVietnam Demo Day, in collaboration with Suci and BuidlersTribe along with key ecosystem partners are bringing to you an amazing in-person Demo Day event in the blockchain capital of Vietnam. The top investors in the Vietnam web3 community will be in attendance. For startups at the frontier of innovation, this is a great opportunity for you to pitch in front of a captive audience. Q. I have an idea but have not implemented it yet. Can I still apply?
Yes. It’s recommended that you have a core team assembled already that can carry out your idea and clear articulation on your path forward before applying. Remember that we are looking to fund the best crypto projects, and founders and companies will be evaluated against that bar.
Q. What will happen post the event?
Once selected as one of the startups to present at the Demo Day, you’ll be a part of the Tribe. Being a part of the Tribe gives you access to our ecosystem partners, networks, mentors, investors, and much more.
Q. What will be the format of the event?
Selected startups will get a chance to demo their startup in front of a room full of investors. This will be an in-person event. It will be a 5-minute pitch (focusing on product demos) followed by a Q&A with the investors.
Q. Can I attend the event in a virtual capacity?
If your project is selected to pitch, we will require your attendance in person. The pitch day will be held in INDEPENDENCE PALACE, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam on the 26th of November 2022.
Q. What industry/ sector are the startups from?
Web3 Startups from all sectors and verticals are encouraged to join.
Q. Do I have to build on a specific chain to be eligible?
No, we support builders building on all chains, with brownie points for projects with inter-chain operability.
Q. How can I improve my chances of securing funding?
Consistent weekly updates on your buidl.so startup profile goes a long way in showing a founder's perseverance. Proof of progress is at the center of our evaluation process.
Q. Will I receive any travel sponsorship?
Unfortunately, not. Founders who are selected will have to make travel arrangements on their own.
